Dear Walter Paul, What a delightful surprise to see the "variation on a theme" of the front window of the old 1760 Jacob Small House at Portobello Inn. When we see it every day as we do, we don't get the fresh perspective of an artist like yourself to make the ordinary, extraordinary. This image could be taken from an old house down South, in New England, the Southwest or along the seashore. Never could one guess it is a pre Revolutionary House that sits along the Erie Canal in Central New York.
